Presentation Success:

Create a Profitable Personal Partnership with PowerPoint

Learn

How to use PowerPoint to succeed - create engagement, maintain structure and remember all of your presentation

Visual communication is a critical skill in today's world. If you are going to use PowerPoint, you may as well learn to use it, and to use it well.

Have you heard the speaker who

 - is exciting and motivating but whose message simply wasn't clear enough and you were left with no action to take?

- presented so much information that you lost the plot half way through?

- was so unsure of himself that he read from his slides and made himself, and you, awfully uncomfortable?

What about you ...

Do you have a happy relationship with PowerPoint?

Is presenting with PowerPoint a struggle?

Would you like to take your presentations to the next level?

And if you took them to that next level what would that level look like?  What do you want from your presentations?

Do you want your audience to

  • Understand and remember your message?

  • Be impacted by your ideas?

  • Be moved to action?

  • Talk about you as the speaker to see and to hire?

You don't have to give presentations that leave you and your audience dissatisfied.  You don't have to put up with presentations that don't work for you, for your business or your career.  And you don't need to avoid PowerPoint because you don't know where to start or don't want to create death by PowerPoint.

Learn now how to build and use a set of slides that partner with you to motivate, to connect and to leave a powerful message.

Your presentations are critical. Partner with PowerPoint in a way that will make them winning presentations, presentations that create a Wow for your audience and that achieve your goals when you present.

If you can successfully persuade in your communications, you can build your business, make more sales and tell your story with success every time.

I have spent countless hours researching, and experimenting with, the use of PowerPoint and how it can be utilised to partner with you and your message to effectively communicate with your audience, creating a winning presentation.

Hi,

This is Bronwyn Ritchie from Pivotal Public Speaking, and I would like to introduce you to partnering with your PowerPoint by thinking outside the box, the PowerPoint box.

In this seminar, we will start by determining your individual presentation style and current skills, and then use that to craft ways that you can build a winning personal partnership with PowerPoint.  You contribute your presentation skills and design and your partner, PowerPoint, can be used to complement your personal style.  It can be used in a way that supports your natural strengths and weaknesses, but also in ways that were not intended when PowerPoint was created.

You will learn ways to create and design slides and to use your winning partnership to

  • build engagement and trust with your audience

  • have them understand and remember your message

  • create and use slides so that presentations are easier and smoother

  • feel confident and radiate credibility

and so that you can build business, create success and be admired and rehired as a speaker.

I will access your style and your abilities.

You may need to start at the beginning.  You may need a more advanced level.

The workshop will be delivered to meet your needs.

You will learn what you need from the following...

  • How to create graphics that will communicate your message and your brand

  • How to create graphics that will encourage your website visitors to read more and click through to you content and offers

  • Where to find free, copyright-free images to suit you, your style and your presentation aims.

  • How to insert and work with shapes, transitions and animations.

  • How to embed video and sound.

This is NOT one-size-fits-all.  Everyone has their own needs and personal style when it comes to using PowerPoint.  Everyone is at their own level of development.  And everyone will take away what they think they need.  So you will be given a total of 24 different presentation tips and techniques in as well as the mechanics listed above.  You can take all of them (and they will all be in the handout, and they are all instantly applicable) or just take those that you need or that will work for you.

I want to use this seminar to give you some powerful tips and some broader concepts that you can use right away - in your very next speaking engagement.  Because this is personalized for you, the things you will learn are easily memorable and you can apply them immediately.
